ABOUT ABOUT

RVA College Success Day

Held in partnership with Scholarship Sharing and the Richmond Public Schools Education Foundation and RVA Future Center

During College Success Day students and parents will learn step by step how to get admitted to your dream college, and ways to pay for it! Students and parents will be able to network with 40 different participating universities and nonprofits. Students will have the opportunity to apply on-site for several scholarship opportunities available only to College Success Day attendees! In addition to networking opportunities, students can participate in five hours of presentations from expert guest speakers who will each teach students different ways to fund their college education. Presentations are one per hour, and students can choose which presentations to attend. The fair area will be open throughout the day.

During the event we will also be raffling scholarships and prizes for students which will be awarded at the end of event ceremony from 1:30-2:00. Contributions from tickets sales will be used to fund on-site scholarships and the number of awards will be determined based on collected funds.
